Morgan Lane is a real estate brokerage company specializing in high-end country, rural, suburban and urban properties in the Wine Country communities of Northern California - including Napa, Sonoma and the Carmel/Monterey Penninsula. Morgan Lane has become the premier real estate firm in the Wine Country in representing vineyard and estate properties, but our personalized services and extensive marketing programs are provided to every client regardless of price and needs.

Morgan Lane consists of a total of seven (7) offices, in the communities of Napa (2), Yountville and St. Helena, Sonoma, Santa Rosa and Carmel Valley. There are currently over 60 full time Realtors affiliated with the firm.

When Morgan Lane began, the articulation of our brand was found in six words – “The Fine Art of Fine Property”. We truly consider what we do as much an art as a science, and practiced well, it is a “Fine Art”. Knowledge, skill and creativity, all of which are fairly quantifiable aspects of the transaction contribute, but, there are also the “softer” aspects, which speak mostly to the emotional, caring and understanding aspects needed throughout a transaction – the more qualitative parts: All of which we consider Morgan Lane’s “Fine Art”.

The “Fine Property” element is more easily defined. We consider every property that Morgan Lane lists or sells a masterpiece.

At Morgan Lane, “The Fine Art of Fine Property” is more than a slogan, a marketing concept or words to take up space in our ads. To us it is our essence. It represents that which we work to achieve with every client we represent – the highest level of knowledge, skill, creativity, emotion, care and understanding on every masterpiece we sell.

Mike and Jill Silvas, owners of Morgan Lane, acquired the firm in 1998. Both hold outstanding reputations and are actively involved in the industry on a wide-ranging scale. Having served on, and chaired many committees in both the local and California associations, Mike brings a broad knowledge of the many legal, technical and practical aspects of real estate to the firm. Jill’s expertise lies in her knowledge and experience in the relocation aspect of real estate. The management and ownership of the company is rounded out by Linda Carroll, Managing Broker. Linda formerly managed a widely respected real estate firm in San Francisco for 13 years before joining Morgan Lane in 1997. The three bring over 70 combined years of real estate experience to Morgan Lane.
