Julia's Kitchen
Julia's Kitchen is named for the patron saint of the pantry Julia Child. Operated by The Patina Group, the dining room's dramatic open kitchen and access to garden produce makes it an integral part of the COPIA experience.
Guests can watch culinary masters in action as they savor the California-French cuisine of Executive Chef Victor Scargle, inspired by hand-picked ingredients from COPIA's organic Edible Gardens and featuring dishes infused with the fresh taste of the season.
Patina's outstanding reputation for its world-class catering division and award-winning Pinot bistros, along with restaurants and cafés in museums and performing art centers in Los Angeles and San Francisco, make them the ideal partner for COPIA. Patina also operates COPIA's American Market Café and the Wine Spectator Tasting Table.
