Angèle is the name of Claude Rouas's mother and has been an important name and figure in our family. While living in Paris Bettina was inspired by a little restaurant below her apartment named Angèle. Angèle was everything a restaurant should be. Every day she would walk by and dream that one day she would open a restaurant and name it Angèle.
In the Rouas family, a restaurant is where one goes to escape from the day-to-day routine. It's a refuge that offers delicious foods and wines, entertainment and occasion to celebrate with friends and family. Angèle is a warm and unique dining experience that embraces patrons the moment they enter. Whether seated at a table in the dining room or outside on the terrace overlooking the Napa River, diners enjoy lunch and dinner surrounded by a simple, familial setting. Ideally located in the historic Downtown District along the Napa River, Angèle is inviting and intimate with a lively atmosphere.
